description

The ACIDWEAR online store represents a full-scale e-commerce implementation built on top of the WordPress ecosystem, combining flexibility, performance, and operational efficiency. Leveraging WordPress 6.1 with WooCommerce at its core, the platform delivers a robust and scalable foundation tailored for modern online retail.

A key strength of the project lies in its hybrid approach—utilizing proven tools like the Flatsome builder for rapid interface development, while extending functionality through custom PHP and JavaScript solutions. This balance enables both speed of iteration and precise control over user experience, resulting in a storefront that is visually distinctive yet technically grounded.

From an infrastructure standpoint, performance and reliability were treated as first-class concerns. Traffic is routed through Cloudflare, providing enhanced security, caching, and global content delivery. Complementing this, a disciplined backup strategy ensures daily snapshots of both the application and its MariaDB database, safeguarding business continuity.

The platform integrates seamlessly with a wide range of external services critical to e-commerce operations. Payment gateways such as Sberbank, PayPal, and Skrill are incorporated to support diverse transaction flows, while logistics integrations with providers like CDEK and Yandex.Delivery streamline fulfillment. Additionally, search engine integrations with Google and Yandex ensure strong visibility and efficient indexing, reinforcing the store’s digital presence.

Overall, the project reflects a pragmatic yet refined engineering approach—combining off-the-shelf reliability with targeted customization to meet real business demands without unnecessary complexity.
